Mended Hearts Chapter 200 is a volunteer organization funded by donations and contributions from our members and also from support from other individuals, families and organizations.

To allow as many heart patients and family members to join our chapter we keep our donations as low as possible and under certain circumstances waive chapter donations.  However to serve as many patients in need, to provide the best support to our members and new heart patients and families we need additional funding and support beyond donations.  Here are some of the general ways in which you can help support our chapter and become a sponsor.
